Aktive insulin delivery cant be seen on Loop caregiver #2187

Describe the bug We went to a vacation all of us outside of our country and that time we could not able check Loop caregiver remotely due to internet connection after returned back to home suddenly active insulin got lost though nightscout also on our Phones but our daughter Phone is working without any issue

Attach an Issue Report Tap the Loop settings icon on the bottom of the screen, then tap Issue Report and attach it to this ticket.

Please remove your github recovery codes. Those need to be kept private. Please follow these directions for asking for help. Sounds like you have a combination problem with Nightscout and LoopCaregiver.

Oops - hit return too soon. I would suggest zulipchat is the best place to post, but first review this page. It contains specific troubleshooting steps.

Please close this issue - this should be saved for reporting problems or requesting new features for Loop.
