This is a simple removal of the Loop Fastlane lanes (and removal of the build_loop.yml workflow) to discourage browser-based builds of Loop from the LoopCaregiver repository.
I left the caregiver_ prefixes on the Fastlane lanes to avoid any conflicts with older branches and to make these more easily mergeable into LoopWorkspace, should the need arise in the future.
