✏️ Data/Tidepool page contains a broken link to Jaeb LoopStudy #37

The data/tidepool.md page contains a broken link jaeb.org/loopstudy.

This page no longer exists, but this website contains a projects page that lists all ongoing and past studies. I cannot find this Loop study there.

My guess is that the study Katie was referring to is probably closed by now because I found this one in COMPLETED STUDIES.

An Observational Study of Individuals with Type 1 Diabetes Using the Loop System for Automated Insulin Delivery

I plan on replacing the broken link with Jaeb's projects page unless someone has a better idea.

I think that's great and I'd love to submit a PR for updated info on Tidepool. I'm going out of town this week and trying to disconnect from the Internet 🤞🏼, but can work on this when I'm back the week of Jan 22nd.
