Set up DynamoDB client instance for all the controllers (not need to reconnect for every)

• Create a folder name third-party
• Inside third party, create a file name dynamodb.go
• inside dynamodb.go, create a global variable (which will contain the dynamodbClient for controllers)
• Also, have a init() function, to initialize that global dynamodb client
