For beta I think we should create the following messages:

Welcome message
3 day follow up
retention message (if user hasn't logged in for 30 days) - ask if they experienced any issues etc
First time a user creates a room (Prompt users to use in-app messaging if they have any issues in getting started with their live stream)
automatic email if user creates a room but doesn't end up streaming

@thomas1602 do you know how to do any of them on intercom?

I believe some of this can be done directly on intercom without using any programming?

Yeah most of them I can do :+1: Won't be able to set up the 2 last ones without adding some new filters I think

@hems I just did a test message. Now we'll need to add the message icon to the UI

@thomas1602 awesome! one concern i have is in case the user isn't a DJ since this message seems to be 100% focused on DJ users.

Anyway for now if that is our main focus, perhaps we should leave as it is and update it a bit later

@thomas1602 regarding the triggers we can setup a couple of them on monday and see how it goes!
