Not receiving the accurate sign up date on intercom #401

@hems on intercom is says that all of our users signed up a few seconds ago and will probably prevent some of our auto emails from sending. Should I contact support again or is there a bug in our code?

that was just fixed.

the only way to fix everyone would be to either set everyone's date to today, or what i would actually recommend is to delete all the data, on Intercom, Amazon and database before launching beta.

So we make sure our data is consistent and we know we started from zero.
