Explore page arrangement #452

@hems how are people on the explore page currently arranged? Atm I can see these guys are on the top:

3 of these guys are pointless of showing on the top as they are not DJs (My dad is there lol). I think we should push all users who add occupations and genres to the top so they get something in return for providing us with the information. This way listeners can access the explore page and instantly start following people who broadcasts.

@thomas1602 indeed we should have less active users on the bottom, but i'm not sure if showing up who provides information is exactly the best way, perhaps we should push up who have streamed and recorded more times?

in the near feature we can give people a "profile importance" property, where we give 2 points if has occupation, 2 points if has tags, and those are the ones on the top.

as we said, we could also use amount of followers, streams and recordings to balance this equation..
