Implement notifications with Notifyjs

I was thinking we could use http://notifyjs.com/ to implement notifications on the website

I have listed the notifications I think are worth having for beta;

• Notification showing that you're live, executed when you click "Go live"
• Error message in case user tries to select input source without having downloaded or opened appcast (I was thinking particularly of the second time the user tries Loopcast as they will need a reminder to open appcast again?)
• Recording saved to profile - (Similar to SoundCloud notification when you like a song)

We could possibly use this for create room modal as well? E.G 'Please enter title before opening room'

@thomas1602 I've just added notifyjs on loopcast. You can see it in action when you login / logout. We might probably have a look at the design of the popup. Let me know what you think

the only detail is:

still it's appearing over the "top bar", and it's blue..

i think we need to sort out the stylesheet for it and perhaps show it under the top bar..
