Request refresh of metadata database cache? #213

Minted this a while back

metadata -> base -> name is blank on the webservice database

so it displays correctly everywhere except my loopring wallet app

hoping this can be refreshed so that this can reload

(minted using LoopMintSharp just in case that info is helpful)
