I am analysing data generated using a combination readfish and icarust now and I noticed that I could not find the timestamp that is normally present in fastqs (in the header start_time=) generated with Minknow.
And more generally, how is the timing of the experiment distributed ? In normal conditions and with readfish running. I am now using the timestamps of readfish as a proxy but I am not sure it's consistent with a real run.
this issue is related to this previous issue #20 and an attempt for generalize the question of timing in the Icarust software. Sorry if it feels like a duplicate.
