Check and validate sample name and flowcell ID #30

Code should check the Sample ID is a valid sample ID (defined as not being a flowcell ID and not including wildcards or spaces)

Flowcell ID should be a Nanopore format flowcell ID.

Warning to not include human identifiable information.
