change LFS storage #36

There are several files stored in lfs - these should be compressed or otherwise reduced.

Offending folders are models and resources.

Models contains data which are easier to distribute via LFS as otherwise users will need to download from somewhere.

Offenders in resources are poorly stored gff and bed files.

Only models are an issue now. Leaving this issue open so as to remember how to solve this in future.
