Recently I have encountered a need for a functionality where I can test the connections in a TOML file - Guppy address/ports and Minknow address/ports etc. Without actually needing to run ReadFish.

I'm envisioning a ReadFish Connection-Test command that lists whether everything is set up correctly, and logs this to the command line. This is a lot easier than setting up a playback and falling at the first hurdle.
