1. Guppy timeout - should be caught by Caller validation, so we can add a separate question that addresses the sudo chmod on the dorado/guppy socket
2. How do I create a readfish environment? Currently gives a conda file that installs dev-staging 🪦 - needs updating. We should soon be able to pip install readfish
