Investigate fixing the titlebar text area

Currently the titlebar text is rendered a bit strangely.

If left unstyled (i.e. styled by the browser) it's drawn quite a ways above the window frame
With the current titlebar implementation (drawing a gradient in the titlebar), this covers the text when on Aero Glass, meaning that there is no visible titlebar text in this instance
The current fix to make the text visible (moving the text down) causes overflow issues into the client area with long strings; especially visible on smaller, non-maximized windows

Keeping this issue here so I can continue to look into this mess.
