@myfreescalewebpage this PR was meant for my company’s fork of this project, so I closed it right away. As for why not open it here, I just didn’t have the time at that time for feedback and iterations and just forgot about it

Edit: I remember now. The UBX messages were frequently garbled over i2c. I had thought it was garbage i2c interface on ublox’s side, but later found out it was actually that Broadcom’s i2c peripheral doesn’t handle clock stretching correctly.
