synched gps time is sometimes 1 seconds off #8

I found that the absolute time, which is pulled from gps serial messages, is sometimes 1,0 seconds off. I assume this happenes when the gps record whichs conveys the time arrives close to top of second. It then sticks to the previous pps signal, instead to the next pps, meaning that absolute time is adjusted to 1 second in past.
