use the proper macro for systemd preset file #8

other wise the file ends up in /usr/lib64 not in /usr/lib

@ajayramaswamy just a note: I will remove the preset file entirely in a coming release. RPMs in Fedora are not supposed to ship them, this is instead handled distro wide.
