/edit roleplay doesn't stop block placement #183

Issue doing /edit roleplay on any item isn't stopping you from using the item (ex, if you /edit roleplay a placeable block, you're still able to use the block normally)

Issue with item edit, /edit roleplay doesn't work currently. Will have fix with next itemedit patch
