QoL: LC Spams Chat When Using Chests. #439

Describe the bug LC tends to spam chat significantly when placing down chests or interactable buttons with "Error: Only open these in survival".

How did this occur Using LC and placing down interactable blocks.

Expected behavior Expected behavior is a cooldown to these messages to prevent chat clog.

This bug applies to breaking varies blocks, renders chat almost completely unusable.
