Guardian seems to be old and frail whenever they join... #24

Every time I've gotten a guardian's join event, they're extremely old. And have health issues like astma, frail, bad back. Often to the point they're so weak they can't properly fight and just end up being a strain to the colony. I get them often as no other animals can join in an ice sheet.
