[Bug]: Abyss Watcher doesn't visually disappear after being used

Description

The abyss watcher is still visually in the hotbar after teleporting until you attempt to interact with the slot.

To Reproduce

1) Use abyss watcher, you'll hear the breaking sound 2) Notice abyss watcher is still in the inventory, but unusable 3) Dropping it, or moving in/out of the inventory slot makes it disappear

Expected behavior

Abyss watcher visually disappears after breaking. Local void does this fine.

I'm unable to reproduce this on both singleplayer & multiplayer.
