Add to Zeal section, separate from UI section #4

Zeal section should have at least one bullet point explaining how to take the UI files and dump them into whatever the default UI is. You need to look that up because you dont recall which it is. By the end of Part 1 should should have a bare minimum working EQ client without UI errors and I dont think we're there yet.

I added a section that addresses the UI files folder found within zeal.asi Instructed users where to obtain new UI files and how to add them to their current UI. Instructed users how to identify uierrors.txt and which files are broken.
