Allow to adjust the number of empty tiles #24

Currently, the DeBroglie layouter does not allow to specify the frequency of empty tiles. This would be desirable to adjust the layout to a more spare look.

Suggested solution: Make the frequency of the empty tile in the tile config adjustable.
