Naval Bases: Steal ammo box without enemy noticing #102

Players can steal the ammo box in the naval base (by unloading to car) without losing the UNDERCOVER status.

Locate a Naval base. Enter the base undercover. Unload box to vehicle. Return to HQ HAPPY! :D

P.S. Tested with ACE in DEVELOP branch in MP
