Language parameter does not work #2

The language option has no effect. The messages are still in english with "fr" in the config

Setting environment BlueRiiot__Language to fr provides me with french text:

I found that I missed passing the language parameter to the Guidance API. This is fixed in 5090849af5ca5ea19f1be595e36ebecc01c35068
