Balance (with Natura) - Fibre from Wheat vs String (Cotton/3) from Cotton Plants

I harvested 24 wheat and got 12 fibre (tried again later, got 15). With 24 cotton plants, you get 24 cotton balls, crafted (divided by 3) = 8 string. Seems like fiber drop from wheat might be too high in comparison? Seeing as string/wool is the only purpose of cotton.

Other thoughts:

• need fibre/string (to make cloth) to make torches, unless forestry bees are set up and you have beeswax
• could maybe make a recipe for one cotton ball to make one string, rather than 3 to 1, but that would require Natura...
• could maybe consider string greater than fibre in some way, rather than have them be clones of each other? ie, 2-3 fibre make 1 string, or 1 string makes 2-3 fibre (keeping in mind that without Natura/cotton plants, string is much rarer in the world)
• could make 2-3 fibre = 1 string (for easier string acquisition when Natura isn't installed), and have cloth recipe require a mix of fibre and string rather than having them be interchangeable
• could just say eff Natura

In the gameplay I've done, the fibre output from wheat seems perfect for making enough torches... in the world we were playing, we had two 9x9 wheat fields, which were pretty much making exactly enough torches for us to explore caves. Maybe with Natura installed, and cotton plants available, the fibre from wheat could be decreased since there's a second source?
