Language break problem when using TTS in Korean #183

Hello, I found a problem while using the CastMate program. When I try to use the TTS function in Korean, the voice sounds weird. For example, if you type "Hello(안녕하세요, Annyeonghaseyo)" in Korean and run it, the TTS outputs a strange pronunciation such as "GUELTUPSHEP". In Korea, it is commonly referred to as a "뷁어(mojibake)". Can you fix this by any chance?

Hey! Sorry I didn't see this. Github didn't send me the usual email about a new issue!

So I think this is partially fixable and I'll look into it. CastMate just uses the Windows TTS system. I installed the korean language pack and switched to using the Korean voice "Microsoft Heami Desktop". When I plug 안녕하세요 into CastMate I get a very weird result like you're saying, but when I plug it into another desktop TTS tool using Heami I get something that sounds like "Annyeonghaseyo" (I don't speak korean sorry!). So this probably means CastMate is at fault here. That said, if I plug 뷁어 into the same desktop TTS tool I don't get something that sounds like "mojibake". So I'm not sure how good Microsoft's korean support is.

So I'll investigate what's happening here. I should at least get it to where it's outputting what's expected of Heami, but if the Heami voice isn't pronouncing it correctly I can't fix that.

If you pronounce mojibake in Korean, it's "모지베이크". It just meant mojibake is commonly referred to as "뷁어" in Korea. I hope you can help me fix this error. If you have any difficulties in Korean, please feel free to reply!
