fix Fault struct casing to align to xml response #8

Fault struct didn't conform to xml fault response. Also deviated from original implementation at cook computing.

Thanks for the fix. I have finally be able to fix by build chain and release a v1.1.0 on nuget (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Kveer.XmlRPC/)
