This contains an upgrade of the Android.v4 support library from 19.xx to 25.3.1 Also, a critical bug #11 is fixed

This is great stuff @gentledepp - sorry this project has become a real back-burner for me due to a change in focus. Merging and will push a new version of the package to share the love :)
