Make entry mode persist. Issue #156. #197

Hello. :)

This makes the selected entry mode persist when the user saves the data then reloads it. The entry mode is saved in a new configuration file "entryMode.txt".

Looks solid and well written, it should be stable in the form written here.

Found a couple minor bugs with the implementation, but they're now fixed as of the latest commit 50d684995cd0b4b5477534e517ec1612c5606e6e

Simply: the Default for the focus listener will be set to the initialized entry mode, and the entry mode manager will not overwrite itself no matter what is included in future versions.
