11th April Update + Implement Poison #277

This should solve #253 , assuming that this makes the activating match get the x1.2 bonus but not the x1.5 bonus.

This DOES NOT solve the problem reported here about spooky gengar. The code seems alright but I also had this problem and had to fix it manually.

Heh, you beat me to it - It's Good Friday and I was planning on doing this very fix this afternoon. And then I see you did it exactly as I would have! Great Job!
