Clean up past articles for web standards #9

Task Description: Review and clean up past articles and edit to resolve web 
standard issues including:

1. All links required to have title attribute written in short sentence style 
describing the link destination.
2. All images are to be hosted on ClarkWP site, be attachments, and feature an 
appropriate alternative text description of the image in a short sentence style.
3. All section titles are to be headings, sized appropriately.
4. All word processing code is to be removed, leaving only clean HTML. 

Skill Level: Beginner familiar with HTML

Skills Required: HTML, basic WordPress, editing
