New linkraw files don't have acquisition object #21

After merging the new changes I was not able to run the populate notebook. It errors out in the DIOEvents (see below), but it has an initial problem where it cannot find the acquisition object.

Opening the nwbfile gives me something that doesn't contain an acquisition object at all, so I think that needs to be fixed.

That's odd. This was working on my end based on the older develop_nwbraw code, so the error must have arisen from merging our changes. I'll take a look at this today.
