Document sharing with kachery

Steps to:

• share with people in other labs.
  • need parallel data folders
• for other people to retrieve data.

Notes:

• add mkdir -p when setting up kachery?
• env vars -> default to dj config or look for local env by default to avoid edits to any machine-general files
• resolve fetch_list ambiguities in sharing_kachery

Also: document bash scripts (currently in /home/loren/bin) that run and restart the kachery daemons:

run_restart_kachery_collab.sh
run_restart_kachery_default.sh

Perhaps add to spyglass repo?
