Google market update might have recently covered enough regions and countries
that people are beginning to notice ME doesn't work anymore. In fact, ME does
work on "new" market last month. They must have updated the stuff again some
time this month.

Hey there
I found a solution for this problem. From settings go to applications, and
manage applications, tap all from the upper menu, find market and inside of it
tapp uninstall updates button. close the settings menu then use enabler or
access what ever your faker is fake to some other provider. then open market,
it will again install the update and from the latest market you are able to
download any paid program.
Every time you shut your phone down (power off) you have to repeat these steps
again.
If you dont want to hassle with these procedures every time, you can use
titanium backup program (only for rooted phones ofcourse), go to backup/restore
menu and tap market updater program once and use freeze button to block the
updater. So you will be using old market but will be able to install paid
applications without repeating the steps above after you restart the phone.
(Only paid titanium backup version allows freezing option)

Uninstalled. When needed, reinstalled. For update purpose only.
