What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open
2.kake any us provider
3.houston we got a problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Android veiwsonic gtablet 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Live in us can't get any faked provider
Attach a logcat output if possible.

1. It must be rooted to work
2. On Tablets or other devices without sim, there is another mechanism to 
locate the device and faking the sim isnt helping there
