Hey, this program is literal gold as I use it all the time. But setup-time is a few clicks and requires its own separate menu, and I came to think of the screenshot region function that ShareX and Greenshot uses.
If I may suggest there could be global hotkey that lets you just select a region of the currently selected window and immediately put it into OnTopReplica. Select the window you want to replicate, click the hotkey, drag a region with LMB and release, and then its set.

Otherwise I just have to give you massive cred for this tool, as an artist and designer it's been a big help.
