add new placeholders like %loritime_hours_total% have it return the total online time on the server but in hours

The next release will come in the next few days. If you dont wanna wait, you can grab the dev-build from here. Note, I'm currently fighting with the afk feature on multi-setup. In case you use it, be aware that it could lead into issues atm
