Updated the version number to 0.0.11 #76

The plugin page (https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_issues_tree) says it's 0.0.11. So when you download/install the package Redmine says it's .10 and propose to update the plugin. At least now, it will not propose an update.

Look at #75. This is some kind of "feature". Because master branch is not for using.

Ok, then I suggest that you move this information to the "Installation" section, instead of the "Usage" one. If we are two that missed that information, there will be more :-)
