10 months ago Fixed after reinstalling packages using NuGet's default feed. If you're facing the same issue, make sure you have nuget.org as a package source as described here.

Description: VPet-Simulator.Core wont build.
Expected behavior: Build the project.
In current commit. Nothing missing on NuGet. VS 2022. .NET Framework 4.6.2 Developer Pack.
