Describe the bug Afk kicker kicks users for being unresponsive while modding car at benny's

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Mod a car you like
  2. Wait for Afk kicker to kick you

Expected behavior Afk kicker does not kick you while modding your car

Issue has been fixed with these commits;
