Describe the bug 1 star wanted level loses his stars too quickly during a chase

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Chase a 1 star wanted level

Expected behavior Suspect is supposed to stay wanted if a cop is near them.

This has been changed now, and should be reflected ingame, this will also be overhauled at some point.
