Describe the bug
you're not supposed to shoot or move while exporting vehicles, pressing X to do hands up emote lets you shoot and move around by rolling.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to docks
Start exporting a car
Press X twice (hands up and down)
Select a gun and start shooting
Expected behavior
Not able to do a emote while exporting a car
