[BUG] (NEW) - Npc don't get scared when you shoot at them. #29

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Find a NPC in a car.
  2. Try shooting at them
  3. See error

Expected behavior NPC should run away when u shoot at them, some of them do NOT

This has been updated can u check and verify @DowDaw

All the AI tasks should now be different, shooting in gang areas will aggro the gang peds etc. Stealing a car should work differently etc. etc.
