Describe the bug When a other player kills a npc near you, you also get wanted

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go near a npc
  2. Get someone to kill the npc
  3. You get wanted even though you did nothing

Expected behavior The player that killed the npc gets wanted not the people near the npc

True, even happens when you watch 2 NPC's fight and one of them die.
