FE - Create two Navbar components #90

Create two separate Navbar components
1. First Navbar component will be for HomePage and include links / routes
2. Second Navbar component will only have link / route back to home page (also user log out when user auth is implemented
Two separate navbar's will improve maintainability, readability and have separation of concerns
