Description

Refactored Navbar.tsx so that Navbar components will be rendered depending on which current route the user is visiting
Modularized two separate navbar components and created a new Navbar Components folder
Was able to sync the color theme with the updated Navbar components

Steps to Reproduce Bug / Validate Feature / Confirm Tech Debt Fix

Go to client folder, 'cd client'
Run the dev server, npm run start
Scroll down to verify that the Navbar will render after scrolling past 150 Y axis pixels
Verify that the Navbar component has synchronized color scheme with the rest of the HomePage components

Previous behavior

Navbar had issues implementing the themed CSS styling attributes

Expected behavior

Navbar will share the same color scheme as the theme of the front end web app
