Got Use of uninitialized value $fusionname in hash element error and empty output #33

I really appreciate the tool But I got this error while I tried to get the fusion transcripts. I ran STAR2.7.0f on the data. I have no idea what's going on here. Checked:Chimeric.out.junction is not an empty file.
