How does one uninstall GYP on windows #405

The gyp installation process on windows does not seem to create an uninstall 
script or "programs and features" entry to remove it from the system again. 
What is the procedure to uninstall gyp again? (It greatly interferes with 
node-gyp for some reason, and I need to remove it to restore that functionality 
while node-gyp fixes the problem on their side)
